When you're standing at the airport next to a second home owner bitching that Tiree Broadband prioritises residents. Oblivious to the fact that I'm the Chair. Loving it.

Most grateful thanks to our council member, Elizabeth Roads LVO, Secretary to the Order of the Thistle, for a stimulating, thought provoking lecture followed by lunch yesterday, on the subject of the Coronation as it existed historically in Scotland. Greatly enjoyed by all.

Peterhead's Gordon Hay has been a Doric aficionado since he was a child and is a stalwart member of the Doric Board. Now, after 17 years, he has translated the Old and New Testaments into the dialect he loves. No wonder it's being launched in grand style! https://t.co/U1LsUpjboE
