How to reconcile the actual need to maintain a keen awareness of one’s appearance (for social and professional purposes) with the need to be genuinely relaxed in ones skin. I can feel confident in my health, hygiene, looks and not necessarily make the desired impression at all..

Hit my 15 min social screen limit for the first time in nearly 3 weeks today, (nearly forgot I had one?!). This, maintaining a 5 hour gain on sleep cycle and not thinking about work/outside of work is a good start to 2026
