We want to clear up misinformation around handling hedgehogs. Hedgehogs are protected by wildlife laws. Researchers and wildlife rescuers can tag them without a license. Safe methods include lightweight tubing glued to the spines. More detail here 🔽 https://t.co/ysmcL6NbZW

Visiting the incredible #flowcountry and RSPB reserve at #Forsinard to deliver training on water vole in upland habitats. Scotland holds 40% of Britain's water vole population with the north of Scotland being an important stronghold.

So @TheGreenParty now have 4 seats - as many as the revolting Reform party are forecast to get. So why in god’s name is @BBCNews rabbiting on about Reform still and not talking about extraordinary Green performance??

This election's conspiracy of silence on climate & nature is deeply damaging - and totally out of step with the public. My reflections on 14 years in which the environment became a top priority for voters, despite timidity & roll backs from other parties

Amazing what can be achieved by working together for nature. Little tern have declined in Scotland by a massive 29% since 2000. Giving our terns safe, disturbance-free places to breed can reserve this decline. Well done @ILYAirport @SpeciesEdge @RSPBScotland ♥️

Yet another case of criminals with firearms targeting protected birds of prey in our countryside. Who would have the motive, access, equipment and knowledge to target these very secretive birds at this site? If you know, please contact @PoliceScotland @RSPBScotland

We are appealing for information after a suspected attempt to target birds of prey in the Strathspey area. On Saturday, 8 June we received a report of an active Goshawk nest having been found abandoned in suspicious circumstances, near Loch Gynack. More: https://t.co/oCto8QmhqO
