just finished. the latter two parts are, interestingly enough, far clearer and feel like you've been let out of the madhouse, despite the heavier subject matter. if anyone has read analyses or essays on the work that they particularly like or find insightful, please let me know.

about a year distanced from college I'm realizing the two things I miss most are available libraries (at most 20min walk, conducive visual environment, enough people there, quiet), especially in the evenings, and teaching. not sure exactly what I'm supposed to do about this.

Some of those failures were very weird indeed. At one point, Claude hallucinated that it was a real, physical person, and claimed that it was coming in to work in the shop. We’re still not sure why this happened.
