“You never work a day in your life, if you love what you do” makes the 80+ hour weeks seem trivial. Passion + mission alignment over everything.
The best startup teams are the ones where everyone doesn't just work insanely hard, but they *love* doing so. Every teammate, not just the founder, is 100% self motivated & inspired to succeed. Their energy levels at night and on the weekends can surpass those during normal work.

Make veteran parking commonplace. I saw my first ever veteran-only parking spot today - every store should have this. Building a defense tech in the south-east is unbeatable, you are constantly immersed in a community of veterans, warfighters, and DoD decision makers. 🇺🇸🚀
