The dream of owning a single family home has historically been fairly narrow: a McMansion or ranch home with a large front yard that never gets used, with a several car garage. It's high time to update this dream for the 21st century: beautiful, walkable, sustainable townhomes!

Please see this folks. This is a minor process amendment to existing bylaws and the introductory of a new one to allow for forms that are relying on dc’s creating broad confusion. It shouldn’t be this hard to work in our established neighbourhoods.
