Through out work with @NML_Muse we have been able to support the wellbeing of young people across the City 🫶🏻.
Month four of our collaboration with @FirstPersonCIC & @ManifestiveCIC . 93 well-being appointments delivered, no waiting lists, no access barriers, all free. Coaching, clinical support & community engagement. We are are dedicated to breaking down barriers to employment 💜

Our Thrive initiatives is changing lives whilst continuing to explore innovative ways in which we can support care experienced young people. We need to care about those in care ….
24% of the prison population have been in care. Today, we launch phase 2 of our outreach at @hmpps, helping young care leavers with advice and guidance. After release, we provide wraparound support and jobs in a safe space. Thank you to HMP team from Liverpool for the support.

Thanks to @MetroMayorSteve for spending time with us yesterday and offering inspiring words to our young people. Buying social can change lives and it was a pleasure to introduce you to inspirational young people who we have been able to support.

We are celebrating our young person, Holly. Holly came to us after her Degree unsure of next steps. After a short period of apps, mock interviews, some coaching & a cracking CV, she has secured a role as a Graduate Physicist👩🎓. Our young people are smashing it👊
