the majority of criticism of the post below has been around a) incorporation and b) capital markets my worldview is that internet companies are stateless... or better their state is the internet. they are built on internet primitives and ultimately live on the internet.
The biggest hoax in euro tech right now is that you need to move to the US to make it. Yes the bay area is great and defo a place to learn and over time build a team there as you scale. No doubt the 50y of tech expertise and talent density need to be leveraged. No place like it

Lovable just got called out for not paying VAT in Europe yet. Many came to our defense saying the EU isn't built for hypergrowth startups. I appreciate it, but that's not my takeaway. We can build a generational company from Europe, and I want to prove it. I'm not asking Europe

Calling companies “deals” is insane. Founders spend 10–30 years ideally giving every inch of themselves to one mission & don’t have a portfolio approach to life. Language matters :)
