Throughout January our staff are raising money for @MindCymru in memory of Cardiff School Boys Lewis "OX" Isaac and Siôn Mullane by taking on a 124KM challenge. Each will either run, walk, bike, swim 4KM each day in January. Further information tweeted soon #MentalHealthAwareness
