Excited to share our serendipitous discovery of a benzyl urea moiety to induce a hydrophobic binding pocket adjacent to the SAH binding site. Plus, our "T-shaped" analog YD290 potently inhibits type I PRMTs. Kudos to @dengyouchao1201 for his great work.
