At this time we mustn’t forget that youth sport is a critical part of OUR coaching & sporting legacy. We as adults have a responsibility to maintain it for future generations ✳️Please nurture it carefully: for without healthy grassroots, our sport/clubs may simply wither & die✳️

Remember: In youth sport we must not just focus on the <1% of players who ‘might' make it at the cost of the >99% who could become lifelong participants. It’s about fun, learning, enjoyment, socialising, engagement, legacy & the development of EVERY child - regardless of ability.
