🚨 What do college coaches REALLY look for when recruiting players? 🚨 Our new scientific research is perfect timing as the college soccer season kicks off and verbal commitments roll in. We surveyed 178 NCAA Division I & II coaches to uncover what matters most in talent ID.

My PhD research on inequality in cricket featured in @SkyCricket 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐲. It highlights the experiences of British South Asian cricketers & the barriers stopping talent from grassroots reaching the elite. Participation is high, representation isn’t.

I hope this research study with Lydia Giles and Fieke Rongen proves useful for football academies and parents in terms of duty of care

We strive to better understand how talent is identified and developed in sport, and help to shape systems that are inclusive, evidence-informed, and context-specific, ensuring every individual has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. Excited to begin this next chapter… 👏
