Seriously disturbed by @WayfairCanada and their anti-consumer practices. Made my first and only purchase from their site and minutes later get a robocall trying to upgrade me to some "professional" program or other such nonsense. Did not opt in and definitely didn't want the call

I've come to the realization that I use Twitter primarily for complaining. Which is makes sense to me at least, as in terms of #socialmediamarketing I've always viewed it as primarily a customer support channel.

Has anyone ever called customer support and been told they're experiencing a lower than usual call volume? If you're always experiencing a higher than normal that volume is normal.
