We really need to get back to doing things the way the Constitution is supposed to work rather than doing things the way that the POTUS, some federal judges, or political activists think they should work. Congress needs to become the primary policymaking body again.

It’s incoherent to want to ban guns while complaining about fascism. Guns are the defense against fascism.

“Shall not be infringed” includes everybody. If there are people to whom exercise of a right should not apply, there is a proper (due) process for having the exercise of that right restricted. And the proposal “just use the red flag process instead” proves why it is dangerous.

If you support banning transgenders from owning guns due to a handful of mass shootings, do you support banning self-proclaimed white supremacists from owning guns for the same reasons? Please explain your logic.

Take the “ban guns for trannys” argument to its ultimate conclusion and you have a leftist administration determining that anyone who hordes guns (pick a number) is “mentally ill.” Or history of depression, anxiety, or questionable social media posts. Super slippery slope
