H1-b skeptic. Anti STEM-OPT. Hire young American college grads for entry-level roles. Any foreign workers hired should be a diverse, representative mix.

The $100k H-1B fee will hit outsourcing firms the hardest The fee is directionally ok but wholly insufficient to fix the H1B's deep flaws Red bars pay the fee, green ones exempt From @ericfan_journo & @kreighbaum

Indians love to trash the H-1B. They just need their green cards first before they find their moral compass.
Kumar Garu, please post this on your X. I am an Indian techie staying in Sacramento, CA for 20 years. I came here in 2006 on company sponsored H1B and on job. My husband came here on H1B job and had to wait for 15 years to get GC before landing state job as Greencard was a

There are federal agencies -- and heads of federal agencies -- that follow this account openly ...this message is for you. There are lots of prominent video creators taking up our Indian Fraud cause right now -- planning, gathering information, and recording. It's like a gold

@CaseyPutsch @ChairmanAlex The Ohio GOP is backed by Jeff Yass, who currently employs ~600 H-1B at Susquehanna International Group. The Indian H-1B is a significant resource for Yass, who also serves on the board of CATO institute to influence visa policy. His support for candidates like Vivek — who

indians punch way way way above their weight in tech because political navigation is basically a native language. indian culture has been running multi agent power games for millennia.. e.g. see the mahabharata, which is a brutal case study in coalition building, incentives,

This isn't talked about enough. During my first job as a software engineer, and one of my Indian colleagues was bragging about how little money he spent on his education. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was easily less than $1,000. Salary levels are set by the
Imagine dropping 150K for a degree while companies around U are hiring international students who got theirs for $350. Welcome to North America. 🇺🇸🇨🇦

one of the fundamental problems with immigration is simply velocity. when you bring in huge populations faster than culture can absorb you get parallel civilizations rather than assimilation. canada’s a clean example of this. massive inflow of indians but the result is discrete

"As an Indian living in India..." Indians have been so successful in infiltrating the US that they now feel the need to clarify/preface when they're actually tweeting from India.
@VijayT1609 As an Indian living in India, I don't understand why one has to really keep clinging to US. India has fairly stable national security, robust economy, no major social challenges. If one gets GC with moderate efforts, that's great. Otherwise why keep hankering for it?

In case people hadn’t realized, Americans are absolutely sick of *all* forms of immigration. Time to start focusing on quality of life for American citizens again, not cheap labor.

I have never shared this publicly out of fear, but I was actually passed over for a job at Stripe in 2019 because I looked at the male interviewer instead of the female interviewer when I asked a follow-up question in my onsite interview. I wish I could say I was joking, but I'm
Beginning in 2014, prestige industries decided they urgently needed to diversify. They didn’t purge established Boomers. Instead, they did everything possible to avoid hiring white millennial men. This is the story of a generation derailed by DEI. https://t.co/kUfmpHfaMH
