Completed the Rock & Roll Half Marathon in VA Beach today with a new personal best for which I am grateful. Didn’t hit the sub 2 hour goal I was shooting for but that’s ok, it’s coming! 😁 Good run overall but the humidity was at 86% which made for a tough finish.

Achieved a new 5K Personal Record in the Spartyka Wounded Warriors race today. Solid run, felt great! I was on cruise control for the entire distance 😎. Have to give some credit to the Hoka One One Gaviota running shoes. The stability these shoes provide are phenomenal!

I've been quiet for the past 48 hours or so because I was focused on running my first live full marathon race. The Richmond VA marathon is a great course with lots of crowd and volunteer support. It was a tough run but I enjoyed it.

Ran the
@nycmarathon
with my daughter this past Sunday and helped pace her to a personal best finish time. This was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experience! This was my 5th marathon and her 3rd. Congrats Jenn! Well done!
