Trooper Tamar Bucci gave her life in the line of duty last night when her cruiser was struck by a gas tanker as she attempted to drive up to and assist a disabled motorist. We are heartbroken for her loss.

The Randolph Fire Department regrets to inform you of the passing of retired firefighter James “Red” Peters. Red was a fixture awaiting calls in front of the old Station 2 and driving the oil truck around town making deliveries. Nobody knew the town streets like Red. RIP Red.

It is with profound sadness and grief that we announce the tragic line of duty death of Firefighter Benjamin Polson. Firefighter Polson died while courageously fighting a house fire in the 5900 block of Cote Brilliante earlier today. Arrangements will be forthcoming.
