@ATT I am very much not satisfied with your service considering my internet has been out since July 21st and literally no one can tell me why or when it will be restored, considering that every rep I speak to says it will be up that day and then I check my smart home manager app

and it says a different day. this has been a huge inconvenience considering that I work from home and rely heavily on my internet for my job. thank heavens that I have family and friends that I can turn to while I sit around and wait for someone to give me an answer.
