I’ve always loved #MarianneFaithfull but this beautiful doc from @juderogers on @BBCRadio4 stopped me in my tracks when I stumbled upon it driving home tonight. Thoughtful, revealing and deeply moving it’s a really gorgeous listen and well worth seeking out. #ParisWithMarianne

This is a great listen. Not only is it fascinating (and I'm not particularly a fan of gothic literature) but it's beautifully crafted in sound too 🎧📻🖤 https://t.co/Uq6KjfJjq6

I loved this programme. It’s about the astonishing impact that radio had on people when it entered their lives back in the 1920s and 30s. A Mass Observation-style gathering of testimony, beautifully brought to life by producer Beaty Rubens.
