It was a fascinating challenge to write original music to Rainer Maria Rilke's landmark poetry cycle, the Duino Elegies. These ten poems explore the human condition. With readings from Alfred Enoch and Nenda Neururer, the drama unfolds into a sort of reverie start to finish.
