My son, dad, & I are big @stevenstrogatz fans & had a chance to meet him this weekend. Great conversation, he is such a good person & he was so gracious to spend almost an hour with us. His books, podcast, YT videos, & TED talk are all highly recommended.

Many of the Tanzu App Platform conversations start just like this one. 100% right Fintan.
Another call today where a client has application teams throwing things over the fence into #k8s. A huge amount of the problems we are now seeing are apps without the basics. There are a long list of things you should have, but the top four we highlight for apps on #kubernetes.

Outstanding commentary as always by Ed Sim esp on Seed Rounds: All the way from the need and power of being first to who in the end finds PMF (not the VC def not the big ones). Net-net: Bigger is NOT better if you are considering a Seed Round talk to Ed!.
🔥 Hot off the press: “What's 🔥 in Enterprise IT/VC - Issue #256” Supersizing 🍟 of Seed + the race to be 🥇 + bigger is not always better

Almost always the best strategy. Start high and adjust down, other way around is much harder even if you have a multi product upsell strategy. Good call @mitchellh.
One of the first lessons I learned is: price anchor yourself high. You can ALWAYS lower prices and make people happy or attract more customers. But if you ever raise prices, it makes people unhappy and its a tough process. You can always go down.
