figure skating is so dead that theyre saying a sport which got its name from being able to skate and trace figures on ice artistically shouldnt care about artistry anymore

i think we need to address the racism in this sport that's impacting the scoring of figure skating on the highest world stage because what other possible explanation is there for what's happened today and on multiple occasions in the past few years

i think this competition might be my final straw with mens figure skating because how do you see a skater like junhwan cha go clean and tank his pcs so bad he's 10 points out of podium contention

when the BEST skater in the world currently competing is shrugging his shoulders saying "i knew how it was going to be judged even before i saw the results" after ONE step-out in the highest quality programme in the field....congratulations your sport is fundamentally broken!!!!!

Just watched the NBC broadcast of Yuma's sp and Tara said that up until the 3A his GOE on every element was tracking higher than the TE so he would have likely been first in the sp if it wasn't for that step out
