So, one week in, NO crisps, NO pop, NO chocolate, ONLY drank water and slimfast shakes, mostly salads/roast veg with various meats, fruit, yogurts, pasta, brown rolls with meat/salad for work. Doubled my walking from week before. Feel soooo much healthier! Roast dinner tonight ❤️
