Meh… @ZixflowApp was a total waste of money for WhatsApp API. Shit’s broken or buggy and their support, while courteous and friendly, is slow to fix things. Many of the features just don’t work at all. The mobile apps are so bad, you’ll stop using them altogether. Avoid them!.

The @1Password Safari extension has gotten so slow and unreliable, that I can manually launch the app, go to the relevant Login, and manually copy the password before the extension can unlock or fail with an error. What a terrible experience it has become.

Can confirm, @MumbaiMetro3 feels a lot warmer than the overground. Metro Line 2A and Line 7 are a lot more cooler on the inside, in spite of being out there in the hot sun.

The official claim is “Battery Humidity Fault” whatever that means. How does that even happen? There’s no physical damage, vehicle wasn’t flooded. Working find one day, stop working the next. And now they claim new battery needed.

This isn’t a capacity issue. Battery was working fine, TrueRange and all. The scooter just wouldn’t start one day. Service center said software issue and “fixed” something the first time. Now they are claiming entire battery needs to be replaced. @tarunsmehta Seriously!?.

Update: @atherenergy Andheri SC now says entire battery needs to be replaced due to “moisture” issue. New one costs ₹35,000. @tarunsmehta TIL Ather batteries can allegedly die due to “moisture”. WHAT?.
There seems to be zero co-ordination between Ather's social media team, Bangalore HQ team, Mumbai's area service manager, and the service center itself. Almost 10 days and my "Series 1" scooter stands dead, and Ather's only sending assurances that aren't fulfilled. @tarunsmehta.
