I just bought something - discovered the brand from Instagram, saw ads for a few days, then bought. The crime? . They had an offer for 30% off for adding an email. I happily claimed the offer. They just wasted that offer on me. I would've bought anyway. Hope they tested it.

About to sign a customer that does zero traditional ads but tons of social, drops, and influencers . Could realistically build a 100m business on the back of that. Amazing that's possible in this age.

Andrew is hella smart. This tired take on channels being dead is just wrong. Bad marketing can never overcome a great channel. Yes, channels get over saturated with bad marketing and ruins it for a while for the majority. But great marketers know how to break through still.

Having young kids while also building a company is a nice hack. Teaching them stuff (reading, math, riding a bike) is a reminder that you too can learn things that might seem hard to begin with. Just a matter of practice!.
