This video is more for me than anyone but yea, Steve’s still very strong. DF2 is still a dope move. If you are bad at Steve like me and don’t know how to compensate for your poor habits, consider some of these options! Doesn’t cover everything but it’s a start 🥊🥊

Some cool tech for a Kazumi when it comes to dealing with Asuka’s 1,2 string! TL;DW, 1,2,3 gets smoked by Kazumi! Quick extra note: you can spam out 1+2 after the df+2 tech; if 1,2,4 is blocked you punish it ASAP. Df+2 has a king on-hit animation so you can react accordingly!

ER has a tutorial. It’s open world so you can just keep practicing in early areas until you are comfortable. You can summon other players or AI companions to help you. The difficulty options are baked in. If you can’t beat a fighter on easy you have no additional support.
I’m kinda baffled at this kinda rhetoric from arguably the best Steve on the planet. No focus on how Steve’s neutral is more interesting now, just yet another trip round the “Steve’s dead!” mountain as if he hasn’t “died” and remained top 5 numerous times now.

Man, I'm really gonna miss playing Kazumi when we all shift over to T8. Had such a blast with T7, and if she ever returns as a DLC, she's the immediate main.
T7 has been such a blast. Super grateful for all the experiences I've had being part of the OCE Tekken scene!

I think the sentiment is shared by a fair few people that the T7 library document was the best learning tool T7 ever got so please don’t miss out on this if you want to absorb the insane ability to learn a new character in an afternoon

-can't pay out players beyond a limited prize pool cap
-can't facilitate sponsors
-the gamers must go hungry, thirsty, and naked
-no plans to grant permission to organise a viable commercial tournament

Gist of Kazumi's new FLY.1+2 OB is it is somewhat worse in the open as our only check that doesn't always lose to movement is b+2 (which will straight up whiff on chars like Miguel). wr1/wr2 can both be stepped either way. ff+4 can be stepped either way.

You might be curious about the character sidestep table at the bottom of this page. Really illuminates that movement isn’t nearly as black and white of an ordeal as many people assume.
this route is a fun exercise if you wanna try multiple tricky t8 steve things in one go. first half of the route might also have some promise as a good high damage option, though it doesn't seem to work on everyone.

I don't know much about Eliza's state in the game but why are you using a random round of a game clipped out of context to try and prove a point? The Steve seems to be hesitant too which makes me think either he's been conditioned or is uncertain about the MU.

practice it by doing the input later into the animation so you don't get gaslit by being early, and ensure your f+3 was inputted for one frame using the command history number system (should say "1" next to the input followed directly by f3+4)
