Two weeks since I've been out for a run. Bad cold the first week, a stressful life event the second. But, finally got out there... 3.1 miles (5k) done.
Rubbish splits, and my heart rate was through the roof (the stress, clearly).
The good news? I've lost 8lbs. :)))

Tonight's run was hard work. 🥵
Two months of mostly running in sub-zero temperatures. Followed by a sharp 10°C increase, amply demonstrates how acclimatised our bodies become to certain weather conditions.
Tonight's mild and humid run was an unpleasant reminder = LSR abandoned.
