Hi @HomeDepot it seems like your stores have cardboard compactors. It would be a great thing for the planet it you offered to accept the cardboard from the products that you sell. I’d love to find a solution!

Good morning @airfrance. Your service is without a doubt great on flights. Your approach to lounge access would benefit to match the same standard. What you say about paying for access has never unfortunately proven to be an option. Even with an almost empty lounge. Twice

Hey @Uber , I appreciate your messages asking me to use the service but after a driver fraudulently charged my card for a trip I didn’t take and added a $92 tip you banned me. As a disabled person, I’d love to use all Uber devices but you’d have to first unban me please. Thank U.

Dagmar was the @easyJet CSR name at gate 112 (TLS flight). Certainly could benefit from #CustomerService training refresher as well as de-escalation tips.

I wish @easyJet gate agents had a little more #CommonSense when luggage is already paid for & I am brought by @Gatwick_Airport assistance service to the gate maybe they should be somewhat more understanding that said luggage should be put on hold at the gate without another £50!
