I think this is roughly close to the number of synapses - in 1 human's brain.
This stark contrast in GPU usage signifies a massive increase in computational resources required for GPT-5, indicating substantially enhanced capabilities and performance compared to GPT-4.

thank you all so much for the comments! very helpful. I would like a 7T - but I do hear that they are a *lot* of work getting things calibrated . and subjects feeling disoriented when entering the magnet room.
