I had a YubiKey 5C arrive mashed nearly flat by the USPS. Since I couldn’t use it I decided to take it apart and see what I could see. I present the pictures for you all.

So, if you install the updated Samsung Magician software, and suddenly can't close tabs in Chrome or Edge with Ctrl-W, The problem is that Samsung Magician now captures a GLOBAL Windows Hotkey for Ctrl-W. Kind of arrogant to assume that's how I'd like to bind my hotkeys @Samsung
