Bonus: Support from @netsolcares is even worse. After we discovered that DNS change would cause an outage, we called to ask them to revert the change. They said they did, but they didn't. We had a 17 hour outage thanks for their incompetence.

DNS from @netsolcares is worthless. Tried to switch to use their DNS servers for a domain, but they can't populate the DNS records until after the domain change propagates, guaranteeing an outage. I've never seen a DNS service that forced an outage when you switch to it.

The industry is dynamic. Hopefully they stopped teaching Class A/B/C addresses by now, which haven't been relevant since about 1993.

My weak password on @SouthwestAir was guessed and someone redeemed my points for a ticket. SWA quickly reversed the charge and voided the ticket. Kudos for the email alert, but please add two factor authentication for Rapid Rewards access.

My @Roku updated to 12.0 and has #IPv6 support now. Seems like 12.0 users are getting IPv6 activated on a selective, rolled out basis. Check you menu for an IPv6 address: press Home five times, FF, Down, RW, Down, FF. @eyepv6 @IPv6HULK @ipv6excuses @ipv6tom @HexaBuild
