The scene shouldn't just be about the disclosure of this information or it'll feel flat and blatant. Consider having something else happen while the exposition is being conveyed. For example, the best writers often use humour, action or high tension in such moments.

Exposition is a necessary evil; there's often no avoiding the communication of key story detail. However, when writing such a scene in your screenplay, do your best to hide it so readers don't know they're getting it.

Following the aftermath of AFF's alleged AI-generated notes, I'd like to state as someone who has given script and story notes for screenwriters going back to the last century, I have never and never will use AI for the reading & analysis of your screenplay.
