As he was arrested, Peppers asked officers if he could go back into his apartment to grab his wallet, which they allowed. According to the police report, when he was being booked, officers found a bag with a white substance in that wallet - and Peppers stated, “it is cocaine.”

Peppers denied to police ever putting his hands on the woman, according to the police report. He also claims she fell down the stairs on her own because she was intoxicated. In court his attorney said there’s video evidence that sheds real doubt on the allegations. @WCVB

A #Boston man is now facing assault and battery charges in connection with the stabbing in DTX this morning. 33 y.o. Calvin Spencer was taken into custody earlier today on outstanding warrants, including failure to register as a sex offender. Victim is now expected to survive.
