With great pride I wish to share that yesterday Chef Donato Scotti has joined the “Ordine dei cavalieri del tartufo e vini d'Alba”. The Order's purpose is to defend and spread the genuine gastronomy, wines and products of the land of Alba and the Langhe throughout the world.
