⁦@thecsp⁩ β€˜s Elaine Sparkes makes it clear in ⁦@BBCNews⁩ that the NHS pay award was only reluctantly accepted by the majority of unions, only after the government were forced to the table by strikes and that the government needs to listen to staff.
