Today, as Sajid Javid cut self-isolation to 5 days (!) he said our country was the "freest in Europe" and "leading the world in how to live with Covid". What he didn't mention was the *cost* of living with #covid: >1800 deaths and >15,700 hospital admissions in the last *7 days*

Heard the most amazing thing today from a friend… her director of nursing holds ‘career chats’ with all senior nurses and asks where they see their career going, and how she can help. My friend is now starting a director of nursing scholarship… now that is great #leadership
