Big shout out to that Care home. What do we need to do to ensure calls like this become the norm rather than such a surprise. Much pref to come from a position of enquiry rather than blame. @ECISTNetwork @SJM_NHS.
When you phone the care home to ask for their cut off time and they reply "they can come back whenever, it's their home". 🥰 Why are they not all this this, it would help free up so many beds!.
