Pray for our home in Kerrville, TX and surrounding region. Massive flooding. In some places, 12 inches+ of rain over night. Multiple unknown fatalities, homes along the Guadalupe River washed away, some with people in them who had no warning.

Yes. The universities are the incubators for Marxist/ radically progressive ideologies. And most parents have no clue what darkness they are thrusting their children into.
Say what you want about AOC, but she’s the future of the Democrat party. Whether that’s good for Democrats’ electoral future is a different argument, but she’s the kind of person we’re churning out in the tens of thousands from our colleges every year.

If the church is “the Israel of God” then why don’t we hear the church being called Israel in regularly in preaching and prayer? When is the last time you heard a pastor pray for Israel and it was clear he was referring to the church? “Lord we pray for your people Israel today…”.

I appreciate @StephenCMeyer but this is a question that science can never have a definitive answer for. It is a historical question that can only be answered by an infallible eye-witness. We have that witness from the Creator in Genesis 1. It’s not hard to interpret the narrative.
Was the universe always here, or did it have a beginning? If so, how did it start? Mankind has debated these questions for centuries and has only recently begun to find some answers. And those answers may point to some even more intriguing conclusions.
