SC's judgment effectively does nothing but only adds to Harish's suffering. Why are judges extending themselves to make medical decisions without consulting palliative care physicians? @SmritiRana0702 and I question the medical and ethical validity of the SC's judgment.

I cannot stress this enough - America is giving the rest of the world a once in a lifetime opportunity to repatriate their well trained STEM talent back home.
I have been avoiding talking about this topic because it brings a lot of stress and sadness for me. I never felt so unwelcome. Why are academics' H1B being targeted? We cost universities more than hiring an American, we are here because we bring something else. (1/2)
