Ever wondered why storage is 4GB, 8GB, 16GB... but never 3GB, 9GB, or 27GB? It's because computers think in binary. Everything in digital hardware is built on powers of 2. You start with 1, double to 2, 4, 8, 16, 32... One more address line = double the capacity. If you tried
Why does computer or phone storages comes in 4GB,8GB,16GB,32GB,64Gb,128GB but not 3GB,9GB,27GB and etc???? Donโt use AI to answer๐คฃ.

My software dev pet peeve is incorrectly named components. I know naming is difficult, but it's important to put more than one second of thought into it. When a name means something completely different from what the component is, it becomes painful to understand very quickly.

Facts. Particularly when it comes to career. Donโt give up. More importantly donโt stay still, all youโre doing is getting more experience in a field you donโt care about. If youโre actually stuck, in a dead end job. Do this today:
to my 25 - 35 year olds, you have reached the age where people around you are starting to give up on themselves because they think itโs too late. donโt let that energy rub off on you. itโs not too late

29 years I debated whether I could afford to spend $50K to buy the domain name I really wanted for Netflix ( https://t.co/0WbsYurBLM). I decided that was crazy money. Netflix it was. Now they can afford to pay 70 Billion for something. Who woulda thunk.

one of the things that differentiates a senior from mid-level is the ability to read and understand the docs. if you have the ability to sit down and take your time to read the documentation of a library or tool - you'll be better than most people at using that tool/library.

You turn your phone off for hours. When you turn it back on and connect to Wi-Fi, all your messages and notifications appear instantly. Where were those messages hiding while your phone was offline? (a thread)

i don't know who needs to hear this but get back on track. regain your focus, lock in with yourself, stop playing with your potential and give the rest of this year everything you have to give. sometimes you realize the only thing that's been holding you back is you.

rememberGraphicsLayer() is amazing! ๐คฉ Using it, I can split a Composable into multiple slices and animate them separately, like in my glitch effect. https://t.co/e6qPlHXyDv

Donโt be fullstack if you want to make big buck in tech. Fullstack is attractive to employers who want to cut costs. Serious companies want specialists. Of course as a beginner you need to wear many hats but donโt get stuck as a fullstack. Be good at something. Be known
This tech industry is crazy You will meet someone with just HTML CSS and JavaScript knowledge making a lot of money. Then suprise to see a fullstack dev still struggling to earn his first pay.

When I learned OOP, every book used Dog, Cat, and Animal classes. I thought: "Classes must model real-world objects." Later, I saw code with classes like: โบ AuthenticationHandler โบ DataSerializer โบ CacheManager Eureka! Classes aren't just mirrors of realityโthey're
