Wait. This is THAT Reuters article?. @JonathanLanday you said the USAID slideshow you got was about whether Hamas diverts aid. The opposite. It was about how NGOs don't report Hamas diverts aid. Hamas cited the story as justification for ongoing war. You guys got people killed.
