It's not a conceptualization issue, there is still heavy job discrimination for trans women
Had one trans girl go mental at me when I told her all my IRL trans friends work the most normal jobs because she convinced herself that the only avenue for her as a trans person was sex work. She couldn't even conceptualize trans people having normal jobs. Very sad!
