Modern Workplace Paradox #4: Be a working mom but make sure you don’t work too much or mom too much. How much is too much? It’s called “balance.”

Modern Workplace Paradox #3: Be a strong leader - as long as you’re not standoffish or intimidating. And don’t forget to be vulnerable. But not too vulnerable, because then you look weak, and not strong.

At my grandfather's funeral, Korean elder said my eulogy "would've been better if there hadn't been so many tears." Idea that too much emotion = bad is holding us back. Anger, sadness, joy can bring change. We should be vocal & proud like @minjinlee11 @IamSandraOh.

After 9 months of Zoom calls, finally met the lovely @jiunkimm in person. This week reminds us why her #DiversityandInclusion work is so important. Sad we don’t work together any more but excited to witness the impact she’ll have on mental health at @quartethealth.
