It feels odd to be so down about cuts @npr yet so delighted by part 2 of @TEDRadioHour's #mindbodyspirit series. If YOU need some light shed on a dark week, listen to @SIRHEFFINGTON @leethomastv Adie Delaney @KCDavisSays on feeling GOOD in our BODIES

We know it's important to listen to our bodies and trust how we feel—but it's not always easy. In part 2 of our series Mind, Body, Spirit, TED speakers explore ideas about movement, pleasure and rest.

Elon, come on. You have to pay for 2-step verification via text now? That's just exploitative.

Despite the proverbial sword dangling from above, @npr staff continues to make great content. Had the pleasure of mastering a special upcoming @TEDRadioHour episode yesterday. Kudos to @manoushz, @kmonteleone_, @s_meshkinpour, @AndreaGtrrz & my engineering colleague @NPRPatrick.

My latest in @Forbes with insights from @alhadeffjones, who teaches this skill at @TeachersCollege & @manoushz Zomorodi, who does this for a living as the host of @TEDRadioHour on @NPR.

An example of bad AI? I backed up thousands of photos of my kids to Dropbox where it A) stripped the metadata + B) decided my kids are the same person. It then put composite-child's photos in chronological order starting at newborn. I'll have to manually go thru them, I guess? 🤨

This week is heavy here @NPR. The layoffs become real and we will lose colleagues who work so hard to put on our programming everyday. We don't know who will go but we know that everyone who is here now... we need them. Tough days ahead.

Is self-love just narcissism in disguise? Even if it works, will it really change anything in a fucked-up world? I get grilled by the great @manoushz on these and other questions on the venerable @TEDRadioHour

For millennia, we have debated the mind, body, spirit connection. But today, it sounds trite, #selfcare. In this series, we explore fresh ideas on how we think, move, and feel. This hour: the mind.

You don't need to be big and boisterous to pack a punch. This hour, TED speakers explore the surprising strength of all things minuscule and fleeting.
