I feel this way also when ppl always view the spectrum of characters the actors can embody as them being ‘possessed by the spirit’ of the character instead of admiring the incredible intention, skill, practice, & work ethic it takes to transform so completely.
@handsthat_mold it's really just an extension of the fact that people do not view acting as a skill, a trade, something that requires time, energy and patience. they do not view these people as career professionals, merely content for them to consume.
