I know @ThangamDebb is under huge pressure from the Greens. But I really really hope she wins. We desperately need a culture secretary who gets culture from every angle. Which she does.

It remains a mystery as to why anyone who values the NHS could possibly vote Tory. As you've said the Tories took over a well run efficient service, a service every Tory PM has run into the ground. Sadly there are some within the NHS who will vote Tory

Being poor makes people appreciate things like a full belly & decent shoes. Sunak thinks not having sky TV shows he was poor but when I was a kid having a TV made you seem rich. Perhaps if Rishi pulled his head out of his butt he may notice the struggle people endure to survive
I was a kid alienated by a Tory govt who punished me for having parents with challenges. They needed support, not to be shamed. Everything I do is vengeance for younger me and the 4m kids suffering it now. I hate them with every fibre of my being. Being poor isn’t a moral defect.
