It may be a less damning way of looking at the price movement, but it's still an indictment. Happy for $ENVX that they got the $ but wow how far we the faithful have fallen, to have to celebrate the lesser evil. @EnovixBatteries you guys better deliver, sooner than later.
$ENVX would you rather see it down today with an announcement of an additional $100M+ in capital and 3rd party confirmation of the best battery in the market . or it up with no additional capital and a 3rd party confirming the tech is undifferentiated. I’ll take the former.🔋🚀.

And thus manage the share price, not for ST gains but for things like raising $ advantageously, strategic M&A, etc. The reason people are linking it to this-&-that is because mgmt has totally botched the story, especially over last 2 months but repeatedly over last 2 years.

This is the problem with some $envx longs & the mgmt. Yes the company has a huge TAM/SAM whatever. Yes $PLTR & $ASTS are trading ridiculously. That's because the mgmt there seems to understand part of their jobs as C-suite and BoD of a public co is to MANAGE THE NARRATIVE.

Random thoughts:.1. Monday gonna be interesting. 2. Does Joe still have any credibility left? Sure it's his warrants and his money & no crying in the casino 😜 but that was a lot of pumping prior to this sale. 3. TJ should have addressed this in his letter.
$ENVX pretty infuriating and discouraging to see Joe, Betsy, and Raj selling their warrants today….@jmalchow any explanation?. To be honest, I figured Betsy would. Say it ain’t so, Joe.

No-comments Joe finally came out of his ivory tower to engage with Twitter but alas not enough to pull the $envx share price up to $10.50. Early expiration shall wait another day. Nothing like the market to force some improvement in comms and some respect for IR. But.
