Hospital wards are unsuitable. Was persuaded to stay in last night, much against my better judgement. Lights only went off at 11.00pm, tiny uncomfortable mattress. Bloke next door snoring at 100db! Apparently that’s unfortunate and he can’t be moved. It’s now 4.20am and no sleep

@FredTheLobster @minakimes I finished her book and watched the film. It definitely changed how I see money. Before, I thought money was a useful and net good tool to complete transactions between consenting parties. The film shows it an evil tool the government uses to enslave the population.

First time on a bike since surgery and starting chemo today. Used the shop Ebike and it was brilliant!!!! So good to get out and just zoom the streets and easy trails. Might have to invest in something a bit more serious 🧐.
