The thumbnail above can let the viewer know that it’s a story time video. This gives the viewer a more accurate expectation of what they’re clicking. Which ultimately will increase the AVD.

Version 2 Here’s another version he could use. We see the “podcast mic” thumbnail a lot on podcast and longer form thumbnails. This better aligns with the content you’re getting.
