Rich topic for discovery and discussion. Where are the designers above 45, 50 and so on? Still designing? Running their own shops? Executives? Teaching? Transitioned to art? I ponder this more and more as the sand in the hourglass funnels.
If any of you design podcast people need a topic maybe spotlighting design ICs over 40 years old would be a great theme. Seems like people need to see/hear from them as a viable path and inspiration against ageism/managementism.
